I had 3 knee surgeries in one year and have been training with Nick in my recovery, he researched my specific surgery and has continuously found new ways for me to train when I was hitting some regressions. He is positive and genuinely cares about his clients!

Early mornings were my only option. Not only was he flexible with my time constraints, he made it easy to get motivated as he is always upbeat with a positive attitude. He’s always in your corner to encourage and support you through your workouts. He makes you feel like you can do anything. He makes things fun while also challenging to get the work out you need.
